Entering her senior season, Allie Barrick, CHCA outside hitter and
defensive specialist, was rated as one of the top high school
volleyball players in the class of 2025 in the state of Ohio with
1,300+ kills and 600+ digs in her remarkable career. This season, she
was third in the MVC with 283 kills, along with 125 digs, 18 blocks,
and 21 service aces. CHCA lost to Mercy McAuley in the Div. IV
district semifinals.
Success began early for Allie. As a freshman in 2021, Allie led CHCA
to the state semifinals with 292 kills, 154 digs, and 58 aces. As a
sophomore, Allie was the Miami Valley Conference Scarlet Division
Player of the Year with 365 kills and was named second-team
All-American. In her junior season, she was second in the MVC in kills
with 377 to go along with 208 digs, 30 blocks, and 33 service. She was
named first-team all-MVC-Scarlet, second-team all-city Div. II and
third-team all-state. She was also a second-team NCSSA All-American
and named to the NCSSA Northeast Super-Region team. CHCA was MVC
Scarlet runners-up, with a 10-2 record in league play 16-7 overall.
A great student active in community service, Allie enjoys spending
time with friends, hanging by the pool, and shopping in her spare
time. She also plays volleyball for the Elevation club team and has
committed to play collegiately at Lipscomb University in Nashville.
Her favorite athlete is Simone Biles, her favorite entertainer and
most-like-to-meet is Luke Combs, her favorite book is The Great
Gatsby, and her favorite movie is Tangled.
