Kelsey is coming off a junior campaign when she registered 280 kills (third in the MVC), 365 digs (second in the MVC), a league-leading 905 pass points and 57 aces. She was named first-team all-MVC and first-team all-Southwest Ohio District for the second straight year. She was also second-team all-city (Enquirer) and was nominated as the Cincinnati High School Sports Awards' Volleyball Player of the Year. The team was the district champs and regional runners-up.

Her sophomore year, Kelsey and the Spartans went 22-7 (11-1 in league play) and won the MVC co-championship and made it to the Ohio Div. II state finals. Kelsey led the league that year with 354 kills.

A great student who is active in community service, Kelsey also plays for the Tri-State Elite club team. She will take her game to the next level next year as a member of the Xavier University volleyball team.

Her favorite athlete is Morgan Hentz, favorite entertainer is Taylor Swift, favorite book is The Red Queen Series by Victoria Aveyard and most-like-to-meet are Zendaya and Tom Holland.

COACH'S QUOTE – "Kelsey's dedication to excellence makes her a fantastic student-athlete. She holds herself and her teammates to a high standard, consistently staying after practice to work on a specific skill or even staying after to shag for her teammates who are putting in extra work. Kelsey is also able to communicate with her teammates effectively and compassionately, which makes her a great leader and someone that her team can rely on and trust.
