volleyball games, having won two state championships (1981 and 2021),
ten regional titles and 21 district championships. The Crusaders have
also been Kentucky state All-A champs six times. Most recently, St.
Henry won this year's 34th District championship and Alivia was named
MVP of the district tournament with 16 kills, 13 digs and an ace in
the championship game. The Crusaders then finished as 9th Region
runners-up.
This season, Alivia filled the stat sheet with 350 kills, 197 digs, 30

Region all-tournament team. She also was a finalist for Greater
Cincinnati Volleyball Player of the Year by the Cincinnati High School
Sports Awards, and was invited to attend the USA Volleyball National
Team Development program. The Crusaders finished 25-8 last season and
were 34th District champions and Ninth Region runners-up.
Alivia earned a Kentucky state championship her sophomore year, when
she was one of the leading hitters in the state tournament with 41
kills in 10 sets for St. Henry's state title team. She also played for
the NKY Volleyball Club Tsunami team that reached the U-16
quarterfinals in the gold medal bracket of the USA Volleyball Junior
National Championship in Indianapolis. In her spare time, she enjoys
spending time with family and friends, traveling and interior design.

COACH'S QUOTE – "Alivia Skidmore is a one-of-a-kind student
athlete. She is very athletic, an explosive hitter, a 6-rotation
