A two-time team captain and four-year varsity starter, Seven Hills'
senior soccer star Brennan Callow has garnered prestigious national
attention.
A center back, Brennan was named to the USA Today/American Family
Insurance All-USA preseason team and was on the TopDrawerSoccer
All-American Watch List. He also was named to the U.S. Youth Soccer
National Championships' Best XI team.
For the MVC co-champs and Sectional and District champs, Brennan is
once again leading the conference through 16 games in goals (24) and
points (56). He also has eight assists.
Brennan this season has had numerous multi-goal games for the
Stingers. He scored three-goal hat tricks vs. Cincinnati Christian and
Norwood and scored two goals in games against Mariemont, Franklin
Monroe, Clark Montessori, New Richmond and Miami Valley.
His junior year for the District runners-up, Brennan scored a
league-leading 28 goals and had nine assists, accounting for an
MVC-leading 65 points. He was named 1st team all-conference, 1st team
all-city Div. III (Enquirer), 1st team Southwest Ohio District and 1st
team all-state. He was also a nominee for Cincinnati.com Sports'
Awards Soccer MVP of the Year. His club team is Cincinnati United
Premier 01 Gold team.
A great student who is active in community service, Brennan also
played two years of basketball for the Stingers. He will play soccer
collegiately at the University of Michigan.
His favorite athlete and most-like-to-meet is LeBron James, favorite
entertainer is Will Smith, favorite book is Percy Jackson: The Last
Olympian and favorite movie is Inception.
