ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
A 4-year varsity pitcher for the 2010 FAVC Buckeye and sectional
champs, Kelley entered her senior season with 40 shutouts plus 6 no-hitters.
She has already thrown a couple of no-hitters this year. Last season she
posted a 17-3 record with 209 strikeouts and a .038 ERA, pitching 15
shutouts and 2 no-hitters. She also hit .419 with 19 RBIs. This followed a
sophomore campaign in which she helped her team to its first ever district
title, going 18-3 (0.39 ERA, 269 Ks) and being named FAVC Buckeye Player of
the Year. Her many honors include being named 1st team all-conference and
all-city 3 times. Also good at basketball, she is a National Honor Society
student who is active in community service. She will continue her softball
career next season at Northern Kentucky University. Her favorite athlete is
Jenny Finch, favorite entertainer is Usher, favorite book is The Secret Life
of Bees, and most-like-to-meet is Taylor Lautner.
