ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Leading the city in passing (2,600+ yards), senior QB Dakota Dartis has led
the Trojans to a 10-0 regular season record for 2 consecutive years, along
the way notching 2 straight MVC championships. Big games this season
included throwing for 408 yards (2 TDs) and rushing for another TD vs.
Madeira, and in a victory over Clark, throwing for 377 yards and scoring a
school-record 5 TDs. As a junior, Dakota threw for 1,788 yards (22 TDs) and
ran for 692 yards (5 TDs). His numerous honors last season included
being named 1st team MVC, 1st team all-city (Enquirer), Cincinnati Div. IV
Player of the Year (Enquirer), 1st team SWO district and 2nd team all-Ohio.
Dakota was also named as an area Co-Sportsman of the Year by the Hilltop
Press. Also a good at basketball, Dakota is active in community service. His
favorite athlete and most-like-to-meet is Tim Tebow, and his favorite
entertainer is Mike Epps.
