ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
This senior setter is one of the area’s best volleyball players,
helping her team last year to district and regional titles plus an Ohio
state runner-up finish. For the season, she recorded a school-record 904
assists (led the city), 34 aces, 75 kills, 50 blocks and 147 digs. She also
holds the school record for assists in a match (55). Dani’s great play
garnered her many honors, including 1st team all-GGCL, Cincinnati and
Southwest Ohio district (Player of the Year) and 1st team all-state. In
addition, the local Women’s Sports Association named Dani as its
Volleyball Player of the Year for Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
A good student active in community service, Dani will play on scholarship
next year at the University of Buffalo. Her favorite athlete is Michael
Phelps, favorite entertainer is Orlando Bloom, favorite movie is Pirates of
the Caribbean, favorite book is My Sister’s Keeper, and her
most-like-to-meet is Michael Jordan.
