MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: A talented
quarterback, Ryan led the team last season to a 12-2 record, a
conference title and a first-ever football district championship.
As a junior, Ryan threw for a gaudy 2,563 yards and 29 touchdowns,
following a sophomore year in which he threw for 1,276 yards and
14 TDs. He's having a strong year this season, too, throwing for
255 yards (4 TDs) in a victory over Indian Hill. Ryan has earned
many honors for his accomplishments, including twice being named
1st team all-FAVC. He was also named last year 1st team all-city,
1st team all-Southwest Ohio district and honorable mention all-state.
He holds numerous career and single season record for the Spartans.
Ryan has also played two years of baseball, and last year was named
1st team all-city. A good student, Ryan's favorite athlete is Brett
Favre, favorite entertainer is Neil Young and most-like-to-meet
is Peyton Manning.
