MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: This senior
swimming All-American, a 4-year varsity starter, has already won
3 Ohio state championships. As a sophomore, Anita was the Div.
I state champ in the 500 freestyle, and last year won the state
title again in the 500 freestyle as well as the 200 freestyle.
She was named 1st team all-state and Cincinnati Swimmer of the
Year; she also is a nominee for the Wendy's High School Heisman
Award. Three times Anita had earned 1st team all-city honors. Her
summer club is the Anderson Barracudas, and she will swim next
year at Ohio State University. Holder of 2 league swimming records,
Anita is a Top 10 student and a member of the Anderson High School
Hall of Champions, and she is also active in community service.
Her favorite athlete is Chad Johnson, her favorite entertainer
is Dane Cook and her most-like-to-meet is Olympic swimming champ
Jenny Thompson.
