MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: This senior
outside hitter the past few seasons has been one of Cincinnati's
best volleyball players, helping the 17-8 Mohawks this year to
the district runner-up slot. She is the all-time school record-holder
for kills (748), and was named 1st team all-conference and 1st
team all-Ohio. As a junior, Kristen notched 264 kills-196 digs
on the way to being named 1st team all-GGCL, 1st team all-city,
1st team all-Southwest Ohio district and 2nd team all-Ohio. She
was also a member of the 17U Cincy Classics team that won the gold
medal at the USA Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships in Atlanta,
and she was named to the all-tournament team. A 3-year starter,
Kristen is an outstanding student with a 4.0 GPA, and is a member
of National Honor Society and student council. Also active in community
service, Kristen's favorite entertainer is Will Ferrell, her favorite
athlete is Carson Palmer and her most-like-to-meet is Chris Farley.
Kristen will continue her great volleyball play next year at Wake
Forest University.
