MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: One of Northern Kentucky's finest runners, senior Emily has already played a major part in 8 Kentucky Class A state championships – 3 consecutive team championships in cross country, 3 consecutive team championships in track and a member of two 3,200 relay state titles. In addition, last year Emily was the Class A state champ in the 3,200 run at the Kentucky High School Indoor Track Meet in Louisville, and the team won the Class A indoor state title. Emily was part of the state-winning 3,200 relay team that set a Class A indoor state record of 10:08.47. She has won many honors, including being named 1st team all-NKY, all-region and all-state in both cross country and track. A good student, Emily was Magna Cum Laude on the National Latin Exam. Her favorite entertainer is Will Ferrell, her favorite athlete is Steve Prefontaine and her most-like-to-meet is "my grandmother who died before I was born."
