MVP ACCOMPLISHMENTS: In her prep
career, Emily will earn an incredible 16 varsity letters, and already
has won 5 Ohio state championships--4 in cross country and 1 in
track. In cross country, Emily has won 2 individual state championships
and 2 team championships. She is also the school record holder
(18.06) and has been named Cincinnati's small school Runner of
the Year 3 times. In track, Emily has also won an Ohio state title
in the 3,200 relay and has been named 1st team all-city and CHLTrack
Runner of the Year. An all-around athlete, Emily has played 3 years
of soccer and earned 1st team all-conference honors, and in basketball
last year averaged 6 points - 10 rebounds and was named honorable
mention all-city and all-Southwest Ohio district. Active with the
girl scouts, Emily is a great student (4.4 GPA), and each year
has been named 1st team academic all-Ohio. Her favorite entertainer
is Johnny Depp, favorite athlete is Michael Jordan and her most-like-to-meet
is runner Alan Webb.
