A 4-year varsity player for the Bombers, senior Sean Clifford is projected to be one of Ohio's top pro-style quarterbacks this season.

Last season for the 7-5 Bombers, he passed for 1,746 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also had 81 rushing attempts for 370 yards and 6 touchdowns while earning 2nd team all-GCL South honors.

A memorable game last season came in a win vs. Mentor when he threw for 283 yds. and 5 TDs, plus scored a 6th TD on the ground.

This past summer, Sean was one of four Cincinnati's top football players invited to participate in Nike's "The Opening Finals" football combine at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

Sean has committed to play in the 2017 Under Armour All-American Game in January in Orlando, and he has committed to play collegiately at Penn State University.

A good student who is active in community service, Sean's favorite athlete is Luke Kuechly, favorite entertainer is Thomas Rhett, favorite book is The Art of War by Sun Tzu, favorite movie is The Dark Knight and most-like-to-meet is Luke Bryan.
