Felicity senior Ashley Moore is a multi-sport star and a 4-year
varsity starter in both basketball and volleyball.
Entering this season in basketball for the defending district champs,
Ashley already had joined the 1,000-point club (1,202 points), plus
had a career 377 steals, 335 rebounds and 154 assists. She is adding
to these totals this season, having big scoring games vs. Clermont
Northeastern (31 points), Ripley-Union (29) and Fayetteville Perry
(29).
Ashley has won numerous basketball honors, including twice being named
SBAAC-National Player of the Year plus last season was named
Cincinnati Div. IV Player of the Year, SWO District Div. IV Player of
the Year, Ohio Div. IV Co-Player of the Year and 1st team all-state
for the second time.
In volleyball this season, Ashley missed some games with an ankle
injury but still managed 1st team SBAAC-National and honorable mention
all-city (Enquirer) honors.
Active in community service and a National Honor Society student, her
favorite athlete is Steph Curry, favorite entertainer is Will Ferrell,
favorite book is A Child Called It, favorite movie is Friday Night
Lights and most-like-to-meet is Kobe Byrant.
