A four-year basketball starter at guard and two-time team captain, Alexis Switzer entering her senior season had already scored 1,000+ points in her great career, and ranks in the top 10 in scoring all-time for the Lady Rebels.

She has had big games this year, including vs. Campbell County (25 points), St. Albans (24) and Dixie Heights (22). Her junior year for the 2014 district champs, Alexis averaged 14 ppg.-6 rpg. and earned numerous honors. She was the 33rd District MVP and a 1st team all-NKY all-star.

In last season's NKY Junior East-West all-star game, Alexis scored 29 points, leading the East team to victory and was named MVP of the game. She also was the only player from Northern Kentucky named to the Kentucky state junior all-star team.

Alexis is the youngest of four Switzer sisters, and two older sisters also played basketball for the Lady Rebels. Active in community service, Alexis is a super student (4.29 GPA) and is a member of National Honor Society.
