A three-year varsity player, Mt. Notre Dame senior Naomi Davenport is
leading the GGCL in scoring (18 ppg.) and is one of the area's top
players. She has started strong again this season with big games vs.
Ursuline (31 points), Lakota West (21), Winton Woods (20) and Notre
Dame Academy (20).
Naomi had a remarkable 18 double-double games last season when she
averaged a league-leading 18.9 ppg.-12.6 rpg., helping the Cougars to
a 17-7 record and a GGCL and sectional championship.
Naomi's achievements were recognized with numerous honors, including
being named GGCL Co-Player of the Year, 1st team all-conference, 1st
team all-city, 1st team SWO District and 2nd team all-Ohio.
Active in community service, Naomi will continue her basketball
playing next season at the University of Michigan.
Her favorite athlete is Maya Moore, favorite entertainer is Kevin
Hart, favorite book is Hope Was Here, favorite movie is Love and
Basketball and most-like-to-meet is LeBron James.
