A four-year varsity track runner, Michael helped the Mustangs win two
Kentucky state titles in the 4x800 relay (2011 and 2013). He was also
a regional champ and state runner-up in the 800 run.
Michael holds two school records in the indoor track mile and
half-mile. He also helped the Mustangs win the 2013 Class A state
cross country championship. He holds the school record in cross
country (15:39) and won back-to-back regional cross country titles. He
finished 4th at state last year.
Michael has numerous honors, including being named 1st team NKY, 1st
team all-region and 1st team all-state in cross country He also
received the National Guard Best & Brightest Award at the Kentucky
state cross country championships. Active in community service, he has
committed to run at Northern Kentucky University.
His favorite athlete is Johnny Manziel, favorite entertainer is Kevin
Hart and most-like-to-meet is Mo Farah, running gold medalist.
