A senior point guard and 3-year varsity starter, Nick had already
scored 1,215 career points entering this season. Big games this season
include vs. Boone County (38 points), Fairfield (32), Campbell County
(26), St. Xavier (26) and Winton Wood (25).
Last season, he averaged 19 points, with 4 assists per game and was
named 1st team NKY for the 2nd time and MVP of the District 33
tournament. He also was named to the all-tournament team of the 9th
region championships and honorable mention all-state.
Nick set a single-game school record by sinking 19 free throws in a
game vs. Louisville St. Xavier, beating a record that had stood for 50
years. A memorable moment occurred last season when he made a
half-court shot at the buzzer to beat Holmes in the 35th District
tournament.
Active in community service, he has committed to the University of
Findlay. His favorite athlete and most-like-to-meet is LeBron James.
His favorite book is The Hobbit and favorite movie is Dark Knight
Rises.
