ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
A 3-year varsity starter in basketball for the Crusaders, senior guard Josh Davenport is having a solid season, so far averaging about 13 points per game with double-digit scoring games vs. Purcell Marian (19 points), Covington Catholic (16), Middletown (16), Golden Gate Florida (16) and Hughes (16).

Josh averaged 15 points-7 rebounds a game last season for the 21-4 Crusaders, who claimed the sectional and district championships. For his efforts, Josh was named 1st team CGL, 1st team all-city (Enquirer), 1st team SWO district and special mention all-Ohio.

Also playing for the Ohio Basketball Club during the summer, Josh has committed to play next season at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. An academic honors student, Josh is active in community service.

His favorite athlete and most-like-to-meet is Kobe Bryant, favorite entertainer is Will Smith, favorite book is Fallen Angels and favorite movie is The Avengers.
