ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
Since the class of 1987, LaRosa's has honored area high school
student-athletes with the LaRosa's MVP program. And what better way to kick
off this year's 2012-2013 program than with...a LaRosa! Specifically, Seton
senior all-star soccer competitor Erika LaRosa, daughter of LaRosa's CEO
Michael LaRosa (and granddaughter of LaRosa's founder Buddy LaRosa). A
center midfielder, Erika is a 4-year starter and a team Tri-captain, who
last season was named team MVP, 1st team all-conference and 1st team
all-city. Erika is also an academic all-star, named Academic all-SWO
district and all-Ohio, and is a National Honor Society student-athlete. She
is also a Student Council member and a member of Seton’s executive board and
Pep President. Very active in community service, Erika will continue her
soccer career on scholarship next year at the University of Cincinnati. Her
favorite athletes are Tim Tebow and David Silva, favorite entertainer is
Carrie Underwood, favorite book is Left to Tell by Immaculee Ilibagiza,
favorite movie is Remember the Titans and most-like-to-meet is Abby Wambach.
