ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Mt. Notre Dame senior midfielder Rose Lavelle is a 4-year varsity starter in soccer and is the all-time leading goal scorer (57 goals) in school history. Plus, she tallied 28 career assists, and her 18 goals scored her junior year is also a single season school record. This season for the 11-3-3 Cougars, Rose netted 15 goals with 8 assists for a GGCL-Scarlet leading 38 points. Rose has earned numerous honors, including 4 times being named 1st team GGCL Scarlet and twice was named GGCL Scarlet Player of the Year. She also has earned 1st team all-city, 1st team all-SWO district and 1st team all-Ohio honors and was named to the NSCAA all-region team. An academic all-star who is active in community service, Rose will be joining the University of Wisconsin team next season. Her favorite athlete and most-like-to-meet is Megan Rapinoe, her favorite entertainer is Lady Gaga, favorite book is Hunger Games, and favorite movie is Bridesmaids.
