ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
A current injury doesn't diminish the impressive varsity accomplishments
of 2-sport star Kenneth Davis, who in track is the reigning district
champion in the 100 (10.81) and 200 (21.72) dashes, setting district records
in both events. He also finished 3rd at the Ohio state championships in the
200 (21.64). He was named 1st team FAVC East, 1st team all-city (Enquirer)
and 1st team all-Ohio. Also a super football player, running back Kenneth
helped the Eagles (8-3) get to the Ohio Div. I playoffs for the first time
in school history. The running back ran for 1,575 yards (24 TDs) and was
named FAVC Cardinal Co-Player of the Year, 1st team all-city (Enquirer), 1st
team all-SWO district and special mention all-Ohio. An honor student active
in community service, Kenneth will play football next year at Robert Morris
University. His favorite athlete is Barry Sanders, favorite entertainer is
Kevin Hart and most-like-to-meet is President Obama.
