- MVP Accomplishments: This senior shortstop and leadoff hitter for the Eagles has been a
4-year starter in fast-pitch, and last season helped lead the team (22-6) to the state final
four. She hit .371 (.338 her sophomore year) with 28 runs scored and was named 1st team
all-city. Twice she has been named 1st team all-conference. A top student, Kristen has also
twice been named to the league’s all-academic team. Active in community service, such as
tutoring and working at a soup kitchen, she plays fast-pitch during the summer for the Lady
Lasers Black club. She will play fast-pitch next season at the University of Evansville.
Kristen was also a basketball standout for four years for the Eagles and this season earned
1st team all-conference and honorable mention all-Southwest Ohio district honors. Her favorite
entertainer is Vin Diesel; her favorite athlete is LeBron James, and her most-like-to-meet is
Omar Vizguel.
