- MVP Accomplishments: With the fast-pitch season around the corner, look for big things from
Milford senior pitcher Lauren Robertson, a four-year starter for the Eagles. Lauren last
season led the Eagles to the state Final Four while notching an impressive 22-6 record. She
pitched 188 innings with 174 strike outs and an earned run average of just 0.86. She had 8
shutouts on the season and opponents hit a measly .160 off of her. She was named 1st team
all-city and all-conference and has been voted as the team’s MVP for the past three
years. A good academic student, Lauren is active in community service and is a member of the
School’s Student Leadership Committee. Her favorite entertainer is Yellowcard and her
favorite athlete and most-like-to-meet is Joe Morgan. In the summer, she plays for the Lady
Lasers and will continue her pitching prowess in the fall at Limestone College in Gaffney,
South Carolina.
